Lego®-based Therapy Sessions

Lego®-based Therapy is a fun way of helping children on the autistic spectrum learn social skills. By working in small teams with support, the children learn to take on roles, take turns, listen, talk and cooperate better.

Please note these are structured sessions which help promote the children"s social skills, not just a club.

Lego®-based Therapy Workshop

For professionals working with people on the autistic spectrum (e.g. teachers, classroom assistants, play therapists & social workers)

Research has shown that Lego®-based Therapy can help those on the autistic spectrum learn social skills. This workshop outlines the framework introduced by Daniel LeGoff and Gina Gomez de la Cuesta. June Grindley, our trainer, explains her own experience of sucessfully using this technique. The workshop will be interactive and includes time to practise what you learn.
